MEDITATION FOCUS: OPEN DOORS (III)
MEDITATION SCRIPTURE: Revelation 3:7-8 "...he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth.."
"he that openeth, and no man shutteth"
When He opens, no one has the power to shut. And when He shuts, no one has the power to open. His authority is final, His decisions are sovereign, and no human effort or demonic resistance can override His will. What God has opened for you is secured by His hand, and what He has closed is sealed by His wisdom. You only need to trust His timing, His decisions, and His perfect control over every door in your life. If God closes a door, it’s because it’s not meant to be part of your destiny. If He opens one, no force in heaven or on earth can shut it. Your job is not to force anything; it’s to walk in step with Him and trust the One who holds the keys.
God’s openings are not based on human approval or societal qualifications. When He commands access, no gate can remain locked. His word overrides opposition. His yes silences every no. The doors God opens are permanent until He alone decides otherwise. It is not about who likes you, supports you, or stands against you. It is about who holds the key of David that no power can resist. There are doors in life that are opened by effort, influence, or connection, but when God opens a door, it’s different. It comes with irrevocable access.
Men may have influence. They may have positions, titles, or resources. They may even try to block, delay, or discredit you. But when God opens a door, their power ends where His authority begins. The door God opens for you doesn’t need man’s validation. It won’t be based on favoritism or politics. It won’t require you to beg or compete. It’s open because the King of glory said so. And no boardroom, no enemy, no system, no mistake and no devil can shut it.
SAY THIS - SEE IT - SIEZE IT
This meditation is designed to help you reflect on the significance of OPEN DOORS, the weight of that revelation, the responsibility it places on us, and the transformation it should inspire in our lives.
So, let's MUTTER the following to ourselves repeatedly:
- I serve the One who holds the key of David. So, i rest in His sovereignty and walk in the assurance of His authority in Jesus Mighty name.
- No power, no person, no plan can shut what God has opened for me.What God has opened for me, I will enter. And what He has closed, I will not force because i trust in His wisdom in Jesus Mighty name. (AS YOU DEEPLY REFLECT ON THIS, GENTLY MUTTER IT TO YOURSELF REPEATEDLY)
NOTE:
As you quietly speak these words to yourself, allow your heart to settle into this moment of meditation. Picture yourself walking boldly through the doors God has opened for you.
Now, envision every door of confusion, delay, disappointment, and danger being shut by the One who holds the key of David.
Let this image anchor your faith: You are not knocking on random doors—you are walking through God-ordained ones.
DECLARE THIS:
- I walk in the confidence that Your word and will override every opposition. I refuse to fear men’s opinions, resistance, or control in the place of my manifestation in Jesus Mighty name. (PRAY IN TONGUES UNTIL YOU SENSE THE NEED TO BE SILENT)
Remain silent and attentively receive the proceeding word from God, whether it comes through your thoughts, a brief vision, a mental picture, a scripture, etc
Keep feeding!
